Why outsource to us?  Your team is expert at flawlessly deploying high volume email campaigns. Developing deliverability services isn’t necessarily the best use of your time. Replicating these resources within your own company may be technically possible, but it’s not cost effective. And it’s not necessary.

Like any great partnership, teaming up with Return Path for deliverability services is a give and take proposition: you take what you need; we give it to you.

First, we make reselling easy.

We charge you a flat monthly fee per client account; you determine how to integrate the Deliverability Monitoring Suite with your application, what tools you want to expose to your clients and whether to mark up the fee or include it in your service. 

Then, we make the integration super easy.

If you prefer to use our deliverability data but handle client contact yourself, we can do that. If you’d prefer to use some of our services internally and offer others to your clients directly, we can do that. If you’d prefer to offer our services to your clients but re-brand them with the look and feel of your current offerings we can do that too. Basically, just ask us and the answer is probably, “yes, we can do that.”

We give you the flexibility to choose from four major integration approaches. The first three can all be accomplished through integration/customization of the user interface, while full data integration requires programming through Return Path’s application programming interface (API).

Select the option that best suits your needs and those of your clients, then customize that option to meet your specific requirements: 

  • Private Label: Enhance your brand while creating a seamless experience for your clients. Label our tools and interface with your logo, colors and domain.
  • Co-Branded: Let your clients know that the deliverability tools they rely on are “powered by Return Path” while promoting your brand with prominent logo placement and color and domain options as above.
  • Single Sign-on/iFrames: Simple integration allows your customers to access Return Path from your application without requiring an additional sign-on.
  • API (Application Programming Interface): Import deliverability data directly into your interface with our powerful APIs, so your clients can review delivery rates alongside other key campaign metrics.
